Today, a walkthrough of how I think about new startup ideas, in the context of businesses for babies, which I’ve never spent time thinking about before. The broad steps we’ll stumble though in the video (8m) are:
- Grab a customer/user as a starting point.
- Who else might spend money on their behalf?
- Who else has influence over them?
- What types of problems/value might those people care about?
- And then run with whatever strikes your fancy.
